1 boiled and mashed potatoes
salt to taste
2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
4 tbsp oil

Add sliced onion, chilli and tuna and mix.

Divide the dough into equal sized balls.

Dust a surface and use your rolling pin to roll out one of those balls into round shape.

Place filling on one side of the circle and then fold it down the middle. Press the edges with your fingers to seal.

Heat oil to medium heat.

Fry in batches until golden brown.
