Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and spread blueberries evenly over the surface.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar with lemon zest and heavy cream to create a glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns before serving.
