1 small yellow onion, diced
2 Thai chiles, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk
1 cup water
6 Makrut lime leaves
1 tablespoon palm sugar
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ tablespoon fish sauce
Juice from ½ lime
