Jumbo Shrimp/Prawns - Net 300 gms. after shelling and deveining
Salt-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Garlic, fine chopped-3 tsp
Spring onion whites - 3 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce- 3/4 tsp
Sweet chilli sauce -4 tbsp
Vinegar -3/4 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes-1 tsp
Sesame oil-1 tsp
Fresh Thai red chillies, sliced -1
Spring onion greens -3 tbsp

Mix the prawns with salt & pepper powder. Set aside for around 30 mins.

Fine chop the garlic, slice the spring onion whites and fresh red chillies.

Heat oil in a pan and then add the fine chopped garlic and the spring onion whites.

Stir and fry for 1-2 mins on medium and then add the marinated prawns.

Stir fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins till pink.

Now add all the sauces and red chilli flakes.

Fry on medium heat for around 2 mins till the prawns are browned and coated with the sauces etc.

Add dash of sesame oil and mix.

Lastly garnish with the sliced Thai red chillies and spring onion greens.
