1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp butter
1 tsp oil
⅓ cup oil (for gravy)
2-3 cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
¾ cup chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste (for gravy)
½ tsp cumin powder (for gravy)

½ tsp red chilli powder (for gravy)
1 tsp kashmiri mirch (for gravy)

3-4 tbsp fresh cream

In a pan, heat oil and add cardamom and cinnamon stick. Sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, kashmiri mirch, salt, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Cook for a few minutes.

Add tomato paste and mix well. Cook until the oil separates from the gravy.

Add kasuri methi and fresh cream, stirring to combine.

Add the marinated chicken to the gravy and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
