1 tbsp rum
few drops of lemon juice
50g of butter
2 eggs
30g sugar in eggs white
1 tsp lemon juice
30g sugar in eggs yolk
10g cornstarch or 20g flour
30ml cold milk
160ml of milk
1 vanilla sugar or tbsp vanilla extract
200ml whipped cream

Crush the biscuits and mix them with rum and a few drops of lemon juice.

Melt the butter and combine it with the crushed biscuit mixture, then layer it in a glass.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with 30g of sugar until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with 30g of sugar, cornstarch or flour, cold milk, and 160ml of milk until smooth.

Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture gently.

Add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract to the mixture.

Layer the cream mixture over the biscuit layer in the glass.

Top with whipped cream and refrigerate until set.
