Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Dip each shrimp into the buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  3. 3Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
