1

Boil the cod(salted fish) in a pot of water to get rid of most of the salt (about 20 minutes). Repeat this process twice to make sure the salt fish is not too salty.

2

When cod has been boiled enough, drain and place in cold water, then shred fish into chunks.

3

Put all seasoning ingredients (scallions, garlic, peppers, parsley) into a mixing bowl and mix well.

4

Add shredded cod and combine completely.

5

Add flour and baking powder, water and mix well.

6

Heat up the oil for frying.

7

Take dinner spoonfuls of the batter and place in the hot oil one by one. Do not overcrowd the pan.

8

Fry each side of the accra until golden brown. When the cake floats, flip it to the other side.

9

Transfer to paper towels or brown paper bag to absorb excess oil.
