Pre-heat the oven to 350 F or 180C.

In a mixer add 1 potato, 1 sweet onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and cilantro. Mix thoroughly.

Incorporate the mixture with ground beef. Shape the beef into Kabobs.

In a pan, add olive oil, and cook your onion and red peppers for about 10 mins on medium heat.

Place your Kabobs on top of the onions.

Pour in the mixture of tomato paste, garlic & water and cook for about 30 mins.

After 30 mins, place the pan in the oven and bake for about 10 mins.
