4 slices of bread
1 tsp oil to grease your loaf pan
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup dry fruit of your choice (raisins and pecans)
2 large eggs - beaten
1 can Evaporated milk - 370 ml (almost 1.5 cup + a bit more)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder)
3-4 drops of Kewra essence (1/4 tsp)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a standard 5x9" loaf pan with oil.

Divide each bread slice into 4 equal parts and place in the greased loaf pan.

Add dry fruit onto the bread slices.

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, spices, evaporated milk, and sugar until well beaten and incorporated.

Pour the mixture over the bread in the loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until nicely set.
