Take 3 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour (approximately 550 grams).

Add 1 tablespoon of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together by hand until well combined.

Gradually add 1 and 3/4 cups of warm water to the flour mixture, kneading until a soft dough forms. The dough should not be too stiff or too soft.

Grease a bowl with a little oil and place the dough in it, turning it to coat with oil.

Cover the bowl and let the dough proof in a warm place for about 2 hours until it doubles in size.

After 2 hours, check the dough; it should have risen significantly and be very puffy.

Punch down the dough to release the air and transfer it to a greased 8-inch square baking tin.

Cover the dough again and let it proof for another 30 minutes in a warm place.

After 30 minutes, uncover the dough and drizzle a little olive oil on top.

Sprinkle dried rosemary on top of the dough.

Use your fingers to make dimples in the dough surface.

Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (approximately 200°C).

Bake the bread in the air fryer or oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

Once baked, let the bread cool before slicing.
