500 gr flour
1.5 tsp salt
350 ml warm water
30 ml vegetable oil

Mix sugar, dry yeast, and 3 tbsp flour in a bowl until smooth.

Add 100 ml warm water and cover, leaving in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Sift 500 gr flour into a large bowl and mix with 1.5 tsp salt.

Make an indentation in the center of the flour and add the bubbly yeast mixture.

Add 350 ml warm water and mix well.

Add 30 ml vegetable oil and mix until smooth.

Cover with film and leave the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Fold the dough several times and leave it for another 20 minutes.

Wet hands and fold the dough again, cover and leave for 20 minutes.

Repeat the wet hands and folding process, then cover and leave for 60 minutes.

Dust the surface with flour and place the dough on it, stretching it out.

Fold the edges of the dough to the center and sprinkle flour on top.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces and place on parchment paper, cover and leave for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place a container with hot water inside.

Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
