2 TBSP sugar
½ TSP salt

Pour warm water or milk into a bowl and sprinkle the yeast on top. Add the pinch of sugar to activate the yeast.

Keep mixture untouched for 10 mins till yeast is bubbly.

Add in the flour and cover the batter with plastic wrap or a towel, keeping aside till it doubles in size.

Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, salt, sugar, and oil.

When the batter has doubled in size, add in the wet mixture.

Mix well and leave to rise again.

Don’t mix the batter, just take 1/3 cup and pour into a hot slightly oiled pan.

Cook till browned on both sides.
