- 4Grill or roast the meat until cooked through and slightly charred, about 15-20 minutes.
- 5Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- 6Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a pan until soft.
- 7Spread tahini sauce on the pita bread.
- 8Layer the sliced meat on top of the tahini sauce.
- 9Add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions on top of the meat.
- 10Drizzle with additional tahini sauce if desired.
- 11Wrap the pita around the filling to create a sandwich.
- 12Serve immediately with pickles or fries.
