1

Lay down wet paper towel on the cutting board to prevent it from moving.

2

Cut off the top of a medium-sized green bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

3

Prep a yellow bell pepper the same way as the green one and add both to a medium-sized bowl.

4

Cut off the ends of a small onion, cut it in half, remove the skin, chop it, and set aside.

5

Prep 2 small cloves of garlic by removing the skin and mincing them, then add to a small bowl with the chopped onion.

6

Prep a jalapeno using gloves, remove the stem, slice it, and add to the bowl of peppers.

7

Cut and dice 4 slices of thick center cut bacon.

8

Add the diced bacon to a large pot and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

9

Add the onions and garlic to the pot with the bacon and cook until the onions are soft and translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

10

Add the chopped peppers to the pot and stir until they start to soften.

11

Add 2 pounds of ground beef to the pot, breaking it down and mixing it with the other ingredients until browned all the way through.

12

Add 1 cup of beef bone broth, 15 ounces of low-carb keto tomato sauce, 10 ounces of diced tomatoes and fire roasted green chilies, and 7 ounces of tomato paste to the pot and mix well.
