Take 1 LB of boneless chicken in a bowl. Make sure to cut them into 2-inch strips.

Add crushed black pepper, soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste, Cornflour/cornstarch, and mix them well with the chicken strips. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

For making the stir fry sauce, take soy sauce, Chinese rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and brown sugar/honey into a bowl. Mix them well and set aside the sauce.

Heat some oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and sautรฉ for around 6-8 minutes on a high flame. Keep frying until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and evenly golden.

Set aside the fried chicken on a plate. Add some more oil (if needed) to the same pan.

Add minced garlic and ginger into the oil and sautรฉ for one minute on a low flame. Add red chili flakes and sautรฉ for 30 additional seconds.

Now add thinly sliced onions and sautรฉ for 1 minute on a high flame. Add broccoli flowers, red bell pepper, green bell peppers, and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes on a high flame. Keep frying until the vegetables are tender.

Now add previously fried chicken and the stir fry sauce into the mixture. Sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes or until all the chicken and vegetables are coated with the sauce.

Sprinkle green/red chili slices and chopped green onions/scallions from the top and give it a stir.
