1

Cut the veggies: carrots, mushrooms, white onion, green onion, and cabbage.

2

Cut 1 pound of chicken tenders into smaller pieces.

3

Marinate the chicken with 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of better than bullion, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder, and 1/2 teaspoon each of white pepper, baking soda, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined and set aside.

4

Prepare the sauce by mixing 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of sweet soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of better than bullion, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper. Mix well and set aside.

5

In a pot set to medium-high heat, bring 3 and 1/2 quarts of water to a boil, adding salt. Add 12 oz of chow mein stir fry noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, ensuring not to overcook. Once done, run the noodles through cold water to stop the cooking process.

6

In a hybrid wok set to medium-high heat, add oil and the marinated chicken along with 3 minced garlic cloves. Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken is ready.

7

Remove the chicken from the wok. In the same pan, add more oil and sauté the veggies for about 2 minutes.

8

Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and cook for about 1 minute.

9

Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the pan, tossing everything to combine well.

10

After about 2 minutes of cooking, garnish with green onions and serve. Optionally, top with sesame seeds.
