Prepare the salad by chopping 2 yellow bell peppers, 2 red bell peppers, 2 green bell peppers, 2 carrots, and 2 cucumbers.
In a large bowl, mix 600 grams of ground beef with 4 medium onions, finely chopped.
Add 1 egg to the meat mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chop parsley finely and add it to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until they are golden brown.
In a separate pot, boil water and add 5 teaspoons of salt.
Once boiling, add the rice and cook until almost done, then add the chopped carrots.
Serve the meatballs with the salad and mayonnaise.
