200 grams boneless chicken
2 spring onions
1 medium-sized bell pepper
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chicken powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour (maida)
wonton sheets
1

Start by preparing the chicken stuffing. Take a chopper and add 200 grams of boneless chicken (breast or thigh).

2

Add 2 chopped spring onions, 1 medium-sized chopped bell pepper, and 2 chopped green chilies to the chopper.

3

Include 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

4

Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

5

Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and set aside.

6

In another bowl, beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of flour to create an egg wash.

7

Take the wonton sheets and cut each into four parts to create smaller sheets.

8

Place a wonton sheet on a flat surface and add a small amount of the chicken stuffing in the center.

9

Using the egg wash, brush the edges of the wonton sheet to help seal it.

10

Fold the wonton sheet to create a triangle shape, pressing the edges to secure it tightly.

11

Repeat the process until all wonton sheets are filled and shaped.

12

Place the prepared wontons in an airtight box for freezing, stacking them carefully.

13

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying the wontons.

14

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the wontons one by one, frying them until they are golden and crispy, stirring occasionally for even cooking.

15

Remove the fried wontons from the oil and place them on a plate to drain excess oil.
