Applebee's Chicken Wonton Taco Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Spray both sides of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray to aid in crispiness.

Drape the wonton wrappers over the edge of a baking pan to form taco shapes.

Cut slits into the wonton wrappers to fit them into a mini muffin pan, then spray them down and fold them in.

Combine the ingredients for the ginger coleslaw as listed on the right side of the video.

For a leaner meal, cut back on the coleslaw dressing.

Cut half a pound of chicken into small squares.

Heat up your wok on medium heat.

Add the chicken and sauces to the wok and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

To check if the chicken is fully cooked, take a bite (humorously suggested to wait 3 days, but not recommended).

Prepare the chicken wonton taco bowls with stir-fried chicken, ginger coleslaw, and optional toppings like crushed almonds and cilantro.
