Milk - ~1/2 cup to bind dough

Shape the baati dough into small balls and bake in the oven until golden brown.

For churma, mix crumbled baatis with ghee, jaggery, and cardamom powder, and bind with milk if necessary. Garnish with chopped pistachio.
