Rinse and drain 2 cups of chickpeas.

Chop 2 green onions and 1/2 red bell pepper.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Add 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp flax seeds, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds to the bowl.

Season with 1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add 1 organic egg yolk and 1/2 tsp dijon mustard to the mixture.

Gradually add 1/4 cup cold pressed sunflower oil while mixing.
