Today, it is enjoyed across India and has gained popularity in various international settings, showcasing the adaptability of Indian flavors.

Ground ginger is shelf-stable and convenient.
In a bowl, take 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower, less than 1 cup finely chopped carrot, and 1/2 cup finely chopped beans.
Add 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion, 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, and 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper, then mix everything well.
Gradually add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons cornstarch while mixing.
Form the mixture into balls and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees Celsius and set the timer for 12 minutes.
Place the balls in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes.
Check the balls; if they are not golden brown, increase the temperature to 188 degrees Celsius and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger.
Add some green chilies and sauté.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add to the boiling mixture, stirring continuously.
Add 1 tablespoon chili sauce and a little sugar to adjust the taste.
Once the gravy is ready, add the air-fried balls to the gravy and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the Veg Manchurian with fried rice.
