Ground turkey is leaner, while ground pork is typically cheaper.
Ignite the smoker.
Grab a cold beverage for inspiration.
Begin with about 8 to 10 ounces of fresh 80/20 ground beef.
Gently flatten the ground beef out.
Place a clean bottle, can, or cup in the center of the beef.
Use your hands to gently form the burger patty around the bottle.
Take your time to ensure the patty has a good firm shape.
Slowly remove the bottle by twisting and pulling it out.
Pat down the top edges of the burger patty.
Repeat the process until you've made as many patties as you want.
Stuff the first burger with sauteed mushrooms, onion, garlic, and pepper jack cheese.
For the next burger, stuff it with pico de gallo, shredded cheddar, fresh jalapeno, and cotija cheese.
Dress another burger with marinara, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a little parmesan.
Lightly coat all the burgers with LSG Texas Fusion seasoning.
Preheat the Lonear Grills pellet smoker to 275° F.
Once fully preheated, place the bucket burgers on the smoker.
Close the lid and allow the burgers to soak up smoke.
Cook for about 90 minutes to achieve medium well finishing temperatures, adjusting time as desired.
Remove the burgers from the smoker when done to your liking.
Serve the burgers with or without buns, depending on preference.
