Zucchini - 0.5 cup

First put the potatoes to boil after cutting them into pieces.

Meanwhile heat a pan with oil.

Add onion and sauté for a few minutes.

Add carrots and sauté till they start to become soft.

Add zucchini, bell pepper, and cabbage.

Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Add salt to taste.

Sauté the vegetables.

Add soy sauce and tomato sauce and sauté till the vegetables are soft.

Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and let them cool down.

Mash the boiled potatoes and add the mash to the vegetables.

Add cheddar cheese, chilli flakes, and mix well.

Make 4 big patties out of the mash.

Mix flour, corn flour, and chilli powder in a flat plate.

Cover the patties in the flour mixture.

Fry the patties till light brown on both sides.

Add cheddar cheese and wait till it melts.

Arrange burger buns and put tomato sauce and arrange lettuce leaves.

Put the cooked veggie patties and add your rest of the ingredients for burger assembly.
