Chickpea-Lentil Veggie Burgers

1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup oat flour
1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5 tbsp water
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or cilantro

Blend ingredients in a food processor

Form patties

Cook in a skillet, oven, or air fryer

Skillet: Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
