1-1/2 loaf of french bread
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 to 3 cups of milk
1 can crushed pineapples
1 stick melted butter
1 tble cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tble vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix together the eggs, sugar, heavy cream, milk, crushed pineapples, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and lemon extract.

Place the mixture in a buttered dish.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or more.

For the sauce, stir together 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar over medium heat until it starts to boil.

Reduce the heat to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
