In a bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder or seeds, cloves, black cumin, bay leaves, green cardamom, nutmeg, mace, black seeds, coriander, curry leaves, black peppercorns, turmeric powder, dried red chilli, and salt to create a spice mix.
