Steak and Shrimp Skillet with Herb Butter

1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (juiced)

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Once the skillet is hot, add the steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
