1 kg of all purpose flour
1 1/4 tbsp of salt
1 1/4 tbsp of instant dry yeast
2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups of water
2 tbsp of flour
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp of molasses
black and white sesame seeds for the top

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Add warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.

Shape each portion into an oval loaf, about 1 inch thick.
