Prepare a meat and rice mixture with 600 grams of ground lamb and beef, cumin, 7 spice, baharat, 1 garlic clove, cinnamon, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt; mix well.

Stuff the hollowed zucchini with the meat and rice mixture, ensuring not to overstuff them.

Melt butter in a pot and add tomato paste, cooking it to remove the metallic taste.
