Microwave 2 packages of cream cheese until soft.

Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to the softened cream cheese.

Dump in an entire 12 oz bag of shredded cheese and stir.

Add a jar of diced pimentos without draining.

Add 8 oz of cooked bacon to the mixture.

Optionally, add chopped green onions before baking.

Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet or casserole dish without greasing.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, sweet potato chips, or crackers.
