100 g (1/2 cup) Brown Sugar
50 g (1/4 cup) White Sugar
1 lrg. Egg
2 lrg. Egg Yolks
7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) Vanilla Extract
5 ml (1 tsp) White Vinegar
7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) Red Food Gel Coloring
300 g (10.5 oz) White Chocolate
