3/4 cup brown sugar (150g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1 large egg (55 to 65g)
2 tsp red food dye (10ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
2 tbsp pure cocoa powder (15g) unsweetened (good quality)
2 & ½ cups all purpose flour (312g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 cup white chocolate (with nuts) 150g
1 cup milk chocolate (150g)
Plus more for toppings

Preheat oven at 180C/350F.

In a bowl, beat together cold butter, brown sugar and white sugar until incorporated.

Add large egg, red food dye and vanilla. Mix until combined.

Add pure unsweetened cocoa powder and mix.

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then mix until combined.

Add white chocolate and milk chocolate. Just mix to combine.

Scoop about 140 to 150 grams each cookie or about 1/2 cup. Place in a lined sheet pan. Top with more chocolates.

Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Let it cool down in the pan for about 15 minutes.
