2 cups cilantro
3 to 4 cloves garlic

1 to 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

Add 2 cups flat leaf parsley and 2 cups cilantro to a food processor.

Add 3 to 4 cloves of garlic to the food processor.

Pulse the food processor to chop the garlic and leafy greens.

Pour in 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 to 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.

Pulse the mixture again until emulsified.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl using a spatula.

Add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of coarse kosher salt.
