2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons oregano
1/2 cup white onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons red bell pepper
1 tablespoon lime zest
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Chop 1/2 cup of Italian parsley, not too finely.

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped basil to the parsley.

Chop 1/2 cup of white onion, not too finely, and add it to the mixture.
