Show the ingredients: 1 basa fish fillet, 2 medium tomatoes, 8 garlic cloves, 4 green onions, olive oil, salt, white pepper powder, Shaoxing cooking wine, and water.

Start by cutting the vegetables: separate the white part of the green onions from the green part and chop them into pieces.

Chop the garlic cloves finely.

Cut the tomatoes into chunks.

Slice the fish fillet carefully, making sure not to slice too thin.

Season the fish with a bit of salt, white pepper powder, and Shaoxing cooking wine, then mix.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
