Cut the avocado, remove seed and scoop out the flesh. Mash with the help of a fork.

Squeeze lemon. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies and mix well.

Add salt and mix well.

Apply herb butter on all bread slices and spread a generous portion of avocado on 4 slices.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and processed cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread slices.

Heat a nonstick tawa. Add butter and place the prepared sandwich and apply butter on the upper surface.

Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Cut into triangles and serve hot with tartar sauce and potato chips.
