Prepare agda/syrup by combining 2.5 cups of sugar and 2.5 cups of water in a pot.

Add 3 lemons to the pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, cook for an additional 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Add 0.5 cup of sugar and 0.5 cup of oil to the beaten eggs and mix well.

Gradually add flour to the mixture, part by part.

Continue mixing until the dough is formed and does not stick to your hands.

Weigh approximately 35-40g of dough and shape into dates.
