Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the cubed pumpkin and kidney beans.
  3. 3Drizzle the olive oil over the pumpkin and beans, then add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
