Lay out six portions of brioche bread, cutting them in half to create twelve pieces.
Prepare an egg mixture with eggs, milk, a little sugar, and vanilla, adding cinnamon to taste.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom slice of brioche, then add orange marmalade on top to create a sandwich.
