Edible Cookie Dough Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread 240 grams (2 1/4 cups) of flour evenly on a baking sheet.

Toast the flour in the oven for about 10 minutes to kill any bacteria.

In a microwave, heat 230 grams (1 cup) of unsalted butter at 40% power for about 30 seconds until half melted.

Add the melted butter to a stand mixer.

Add 1 1/2 cups of golden brown sugar to the mixer.

Pour in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk.

Mix the ingredients until combined and smooth.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture and mix again.

Add 2 cups of bittersweet chocolate chips to the mixture and mix until combined.

Transfer the cookie dough to a bowl and refrigerate it to chill.
