1 package Beyond Beef

carrots

1 can tomato sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes

Open the package of Beyond Beef and place it in a bowl.

Add some flour to the bowl with the Beyond Beef.

Add pine nuts to the mixture.

Add about 1 tablespoon of ras el hanout to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.

Heat a tajine or a suitable pan over medium heat.

Sear the meatballs in the pan until they are crispy on the outside, using high heat to lock in moisture.

In a separate pan, sauté carrots, onions, garlic, and fresh ginger together.

Add apricots and garbanzo beans to the sautéed mixture.
