1 cup cold water
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 medium tomato
1 teaspoon salt
4 oz amul slice cheese
4 oz cottage cheese (paneer)

Soak the Bhutan's red chilli in cold water for 10 minutes.

Drain the water from the chillies and cut them into bits.

Prepare the other ingredients: cut onion, garlic, and tomato.

Add onion and garlic to the pan and fry for 30 seconds.

Add tomato and some salt, checking the saltness of the cheese.

Keep the flame low and add the soaked chillies, spreading them in the pan.

Add the amul slice cheese and cottage cheese (paneer) to the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes without stirring.

Let the cheese melt and the water dry out.

Stir well once there is very little water left and turn off the flame.
