Chop 1 onion lengthwise.

Remove seeds from 2 tomatoes and chop them finely.

Chop 6-7 bell peppers and 10-11 cloves of garlic finely.

Heat oil in a pan on gas stove.

Add chopped garlic and onion to the pan and sauté lightly.

Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste) and 1 cup of water, mix well.
