Use Bhutan's red chilli and spicy green chilli; remove seeds from the spicy green chilli if you prefer less heat.

Chop 1 bell pepper and 1 tomato, and prepare 1 onion by finely chopping it.

In a pan, add a little butter and sauté 2-3 chopped garlic cloves.

Add the chopped chillies, bell pepper, and tomato to the pan.

Add 1/2 to 1 glass of water and a little salt, keeping in mind that the cheese will also add salt.

Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add processed cheese cubes to the pan and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

Mix everything well to combine the flavors and create a good gravy.
