4 tbs Sirka (Vinegar)

1 Medium size Piyaaz (Onion)
1 Cup Dahi (Yogurt)
1 tbs Lal Mirch Crushed (Red Chillies)
1 tbs Dhaniya Crushed (Coriander)
1 tsp Zeera Roasted (Cumin seeds)
1 tsp Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
2 tbs Adruk Lehsan Paste (Ginger Garlic)
1 tps Haldi (Turmeric)
1 tbs Green Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Namak (Salt) or to taste
1 tbs Kasuri Meethi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
1 Cup Oil

Marinate the Kaleji (liver) with vinegar, yogurt, red chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chilli sauce, and salt. Let it sit for a while.

Add the marinated Kaleji to the pan and cook thoroughly until done.

Sprinkle dry fenugreek leaves over the cooked Kaleji before serving.
