Start by frying 1.5 sausages (calabresa) and 1 piece of bacon in a little lard in a pressure cooker.

Add 3 bay leaves to the black beans in the pressure cooker and start cooking them.

Once the bacon and sausage are almost fried, add a little water to the pan and cover it to keep it moist.

Prepare 500 g of dried salted meat by soaking it in water for about three days, changing the water a couple of times a day to remove the salt.

After desalting, add the dried salted meat to the pressure cooker with a little crushed garlic and lard, and fry it well.

Add a little water to the meat and cook it in the pressure cooker.

Once the meat is cooked, mix it with the fried bacon and sausage, and add the cooked black beans.

Add a little lard and garlic with salt to the mixture, adjusting the salt to taste.

Let the mixture simmer on low heat to thicken the broth, stirring occasionally.
