Soak sotanghon noodles for about 15 minutes
Prepare fried garlic, hard boiled eggs, and blanch julienned carrots and cabbages
Make atsuete water
Saute garlic, onions, chicken, and portobello mushrooms
Add 6 cups water and half cup atsuete water
Add chicken bullion and season with garlic salt, salt, and pepper
Boil to marry the flavors
Scoop the noodles into a bowl and add the veggies and egg
Top with fried garlic and green onions
