2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp of Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)
2 tbsp Chickpea Flour (Besan)
2 tbsp Mustard Oil + (Extra oil)
500g Boneless Chicken (Cut into large chunk)
Mixed Bell Pepper (Red, Green, Yellow cut into pieces)
1 Large Red onion (Cut into pieces)

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cardamom powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and dried fenugreek leaves to make a marinade.

Add the chickpea flour and mustard oil to the marinade and mix well.

Add the boneless chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to a suitable temperature for baking.

Skewer the marinated chicken, mixed bell peppers, and onion pieces onto skewers.

Place the skewers in the oven and bake until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.
